Suit a woman ,working ,none smoker. The home has a garage so can be used to store a few things or a bike or surfboard. Large shared living room with small garden front and larger grassed area at the rear with patio and fire pit with table and chairs in the spring/summer. Has parking outside .Clean room.
No couples, No Parties, only a quiet person please....sorry as I share with my child and another woman renting a room who's very quiet. Thanks
