Double room is cosy cottage

Hello, I’m Nikki and I have a spare room for rent in my cottage in Bideford, I live here with Susan my cocker spaniel! The cottage is quirky and minimal in style, we will need to get along to live here together…. it’s cosy! The parking can be interesting but we’re in the centre of town so it just comes with the territory! Parking permits are £35 for the year. Nice hot shower and decent sized bath. I like to keep my house tidy and clutter free. There’s a nice sunny garden and I’m growing veg out there at the moment. Good sized double, double bed and mattress in there currently, pictures to follow once I’ve moved my crap to the shed!! I use my house to chill out in. I don’t have people coming and going all the time, I prefer to be out and about and then relax at home, batch cooking, listening to music, reading. Someone out working would be preferable and someone drama free who can just be a grown up and easy to get on with! In no major rush, I’d rather have the right person! Susan’s the boss - non negotiable!
