Hi,

Looking for someone to move in to the spare room here. There is a wardrobe, small set of drawers, desk and chair and the bed. All of this furniture is provided and the bed has storage underneath if required.

I work quite late regularly and play rugby so with training I am out of the house a lot - meaning you'll often get the place to yourself! There is one other housemate who is also often out - however when we are around we're very clean and welcoming!

The house has a shared bathroom, large kitchen & living areas. There's a utility room with washing machine and a downstairs toilet.

Bills are inclusive and we have a quick broadband connection, as well as Sky TV. There is a dishwasher and washing machine available as well as everything you'd expect in a modern kitchen.

There is on-street parking to the front of the property and a large decked area with BBQ at the rear.

The house is right in the centre of Bideford so a 5 minute walk to the town centre, school and hospital. It is within easy commuting distance of Barnstaple and other North Devon areas.
