Space to store bicycle, surf boards etc if wanted. Garden to sit or barbeque in. Plenty of unrestricted free on street parking. 5 minutes walk to Northam Burrows country park, behind the beach. 5 mins walk to village center: convenience stores, take aways, pub etc.

I'm an active busy person working F/T and out on the beach etc. :-) I kind of like to have the place to my self at least some weekends so have been renting to someone who is here for work during the week and heads off home for the weekend. Looking for some one similar as my current lodgers work here is ending. If you wanted to stay some weekends that could be negotiated too as I am flexible.
