Double room with a view of the old church and gardens with a shared bathroom. A clean, minimalist feel greats you throughout in a furnished house.

A spacious lounge is perfect for relaxing with a friend and the dining table also doubles as a great work spot. In the summer the lounge doors head straight out to a patio/garden with a firepit which isn't overlooked as well as a vegetable garden so if you enjoy fresh veg this is ideal!

There's a washing machine and eco-concious heat-pump tumble dryer, the kitchen has a gas hob and oven/grill. There's a large kitchen (great for cooking) and a fridge/freezer.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished.

You have immediate access to some lovely trails straight out the door as well as iconic Dartmoor routes a short drive away. If you’re a water baby, you can opt for local reservoirs, river spots, or the beautiful South Devon coast. If you don’t drive there’s a bus stop right outside and Newton Abbot train station is a 30min cycle.

You’ll be sharing the house with Mitch.
