Big garden, bus stop opposite house direct bus route (1b and 1) twice hourly to Exeter which is 20 mins away. Room contains chest of drawers, desk, dressing table, large cupboard, internet access. Opposite the room is your own bathroom. The rooms are let on a bedsit basis, so would suit someone who is happy to do their own thing and be independent. Street parking only.

Bradninch is a small, very friendly village with lots going on, about 10 miles from Exeter, we have two pubs a SPA shop and post office which is open till 9. 00pm, and there is a large Tesco and ALDI in Cullompton which is just over a mile away at junction 28 of the M5. Need to know any more about the house or us just give me a ring!
