So I renovated the cottage 2 year ago and it's in top condition which is why I'd like someone easygoing but tidy. The house has a great kitchen with a range cooker and American fridge, conservatory and large garden with veg patch, green house, hammock, BBQ etc. Nice lounge with a wood burner, 50inch telly, wireless speaker system and record player too.
It's a great house with a suntrap quiet garden.
