Double room available in shared house

Furnished double room available in our home located in quiet village. We are half way to both Bude & Holsworthy being 5 miles to each and 13 miles from Launceston.

Shared bathroom, living room, kitchen etc. with broadband Wi-Fi, washing machine and what you would normally expect in a shared house, as well as a south facing garden & conservatory. There is quiet on-street parking and the possibility off-roading parking for one additional car. We have one very friendly dog and three inquisitive hens, so the availability of yummy fresh eggs for breakfast.

The rent is £360pcm for a single person with bills inclusive; or £500pcm for a couple inc. bills. After the first month we will review and adjust the bills if necessary.

We are an outdoorsy and sporty couple. Clare is a teacher in Launceston, with the possibility of a car-share if you also work on route. Sam is a self-employed tree surgeon. Ideally we would like a like-minded person or couple to share our home with us.
