Lovely village, a quick 10 miles and 10 minute drive into central Exeter.

Okehampton is about 12 miles and 15 minutes drive away. The A30 is half a mile away with quick access onto the M5 and beyond.

Rent includes all bills and at present a lovely gardener so you can relax and enjoy your time at home. I am ideally only seeking one house mate, but it is a four bedroomed house. I often work away myself and am a very busy person, so you need to be comfortable with your own company.

Quiet, large modern house in a quiet cul de sac in. Fully furnished. Storage at the side of the house for surfboard, tools or ladders, room for a push bike in the shed.

Well equipped kitchen with freezer, fridge and dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Plenty of cooking utensils/gadgets so need to bring anything like that.

Cheriton Bishop is a lovely village with well stocked shop and PO, friendly pub and an excellent Doctors surgery voted 7th best in the country and which we are very proud of.

There are subsidised bus routes into Okehampton or Exeter which are each less than 15 minutes drive away. The nearest train station is in Yeoford, about 4 miles away. shop, post office, cafe and pub just up the road.
