Room available in lovely character Cottage

We are friendly and creative with a love of music, nature, good company and fun......and it would be great to have someone to complement our lives and visa- versa

I live with my 9 yr old daughter in an end terraced cottage in a friendly village 9 miles from Exeter and approx 6 miles from the A38. The village shop is only 10 yards away!

There is parking on the street and buses run to and from Exeter

We have woodburners in both the livingroom and kitchen/dining room.
Your bedroom is medium size and well lit and furnished.

I am sorry there isn't much extra storage space in the rest of the house.

My work involved with Forest School and Massage Therapy means I sometimes work from home so it is preferable to have someone who is either working or studying elsewhere during weekdays. We previously had a couple with their baby live with us which was lovely and not a problem.

We grow a few vegetables and like sharing meals. If you want to be completely self contained then this probably isn't the home for you. Much as I like my own space we would also like to live with someone like-minded and who is partial to a bit of silly. If this floats your boat and especially if you have a child or play an instrument, do get in touch!
