The house has a large lounge/dining room, a sunny garden and freshly decorated kitchen.
Some bills included (wifi and council tax), consumables (water and gas/electric)to be shared with current housemate (currently approx £40/month ea).
Excellent Village location with pub, shop and post office <1min walk from house. Brilliant access to Exeter city centre; 10 minute drive or short cycle along quiet back roads. I could cycle to the hospital in <20mins. Also great access to M5, <1 minute drive, brilliant for commuting. And only a 20min drive to the nearest beach!
Looking for a housemate who is happy to do their own thing, but also up for a chiiled evening on the sofa now and then!
Current housemate (not live in landlord - just don't know how to change it!) is very sporty and friendly, clean and tidy, looking for someone to share the vibe who will enjoy and respect the house.
