A comfortable bright double room with use of the main bathroom, rest of the house and garden in a lovely setting just outside the village. The house is a comfortable semi detached house with views over the river valley, where you can relax and enjoy country walks. There is a large country kitchen and range cooker for those who like cooking. The room has lots of storage space and a TV point and use of the main bathroom exclusively most of the year. I have a quiet Jack Russell dog so not suitable for allergy sufferers, but great for company on walks. The house is situated in a quiet road with parking in the road outside the house. It overlooks fields with horses and sheep at times, and views down to the river. Easy access to railway (10 mins to Axminster) and buses from Colyton. 25 miles from Exeter, 10 minutes from the sea. A car is really needed to get around.
This would suit a friendly cheerful person who is flexible and easy going. Teachers/students on practice locally/vets/and relocating people would find it ideal.
I have a grown up family who visit from time to time. I have just retired from full time teaching to work more flexibly from home.
