Share modern kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, gas hob & fan assisted double oven, filtered water on tap, breakfast bar. Dining room/lounge for your use.
Share with 1 self-employed easy going female (+ her friendly dog and cat) and 1 employed laid back house trained male!

Large enclosed walled garden with shed for bikes and surf boards, greenhouse, raised beds, washing line, decking and hammock.
Smoking allowed outside.

Central village location in a quiet non-traffic lane with great neighbours. Pub 200 yds! Post office and shop open until 11pm just a few minutes walk. Bus stop 200 yds. Library 400yds.

Would suit mature employed/self-employed male or female.
