Modern flat

Large room in large modern flat that is near to the town centre, on nearly all main bus routes out of the city and to the city, very frequent service, hospitals, close to the airport, M5, Topsham, Sowton, Pines Hill and St Lukes.

You would obviously have your own room, just share the bathroom/shower and toilet with me; I will be flexible concerning when I use it. I also share the kitchen that you can use when you want to do so.

Very happy to have a lodger from another country as long as you can speak some English or Spanish. You will have space in your kitchen to keep your food. If you wish, we can share meals but, of course, you do not have to do this.

I am quite happy to give, Deepthy, present lodgers contact details if you require a reference. I realise that sharing can be daunting. You are free to share the rest of the flat or have as much privacy as you wish. You are welcome to have guests. Some of my lodgers have remained friends.

Female or gay man preferred, please. All bills, including a parking space and Council Tax are included.
