Modern flat to share and treat as your own home
My home is on all major bus routes into the city and out of Exeter. It is very near to the hospital, St Lukes, Pines Hill, Sowton, City Centre. The bus stop is outside.
The room is large. There is a separate toilet and bathroom/shower room that you only need to share with me and I am very quick in the shower and will fit in around you. The flat is light and airy throughout with a large kitchen and lounge that you can use at any time.
You can share all facilities, there is plenty of cupboard space. You are welcome to buy and cook your own meals or share with me if you like the food that I cook.
I am not intrusive but am friendly. It has not always happened but I have become freinds with some of my lodgers. I am genuinely completely happy for you share the entire flat. You are welcome to contact ex-sharers for a reference as I realise that renting a room from someone can be daunting.
I am happy to share with a person of any nationality as long as you can soeak either English or Spanish. If you are a male I would prefer you to be gay. I do not have a preference concerning age but should like a non smoker.
I am close to the river, riverside walks, the quay and the amenities of the city. The beach is nearby.
