Snug room with a double bed and sun in the morning.

The room comes with a shared bathroom and loo upstairs and your own sitting room downstairs in my large, old and quirky country house.

Quiet. Peaceful. Country walks. Big garden with wonderful sunsets and views over Exe valley and to Exmoor. Walkable to the pub. Big star-filled skies.

There is a piano in the sitting room if you like to play or want to learn.

There is a place to park your car off the road. Use of washing machine, wifi.
Bills included.

Use of garden if you fancy just lying about or growing a few veg.

Near bus route to Tiverton/Minehead.

Looking for a mature, independent, responsible and trustworthy person.

Vegetarian preferably, but discreet meat eaters ie meat that is precooked is okay.

No smoking please.

I have a friendly cat, horse and a very tame sheep.
