NB My house is on the market. I don't anticipate a fast sale, but I would like any prospective lodger to bear in mind that the room could be available for a year plus, or could be four months, depending on what happens with the sale.
I have a large room available for rent: approx 14 feet x 14 feet. 320 pcm.
I also have a large downstairs room available - bedroom/lounge. It is approx 22 feet x 13 feet.
I would like women, either single or couples/pairs, to move in.
We are a quiet, friendly household. Easy to be around etc. There is a friendly kitten who lives here.
The house has fibre broadband, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc. Also a courtyard garden.
The house is within walking distance of the Crediton town centre, and bus stops are very close, with regular services to Exeter and Tiverton etc.
Rent will be a little more for a couple, to take into account extra bills etc. Please do ask for more details.
My top priority is having a friendly, safe household for all! :-)
