We preferably accept employed female professional's with proof of employers contract. The reason being is to ensure no damage is caused by a tenant. As we had damaged caused by male tenant and this is why we prefer females.

A full DBS check will be carried out at all times.

Please note that a security deposit will be required to inlude four weeks rent in advance & then every four weeks from the moving in date to be paid in advance per person.

The deposit will be a the same as the weekly rent amount payable in advance, failure to pay rent in advance will result in termination of accommodation, for each person who fails to pay the rent 4 weeks in advance, from the start date as stated above pp.

Stayed at Pinhoe for a month (Nov-Dec 2010) during pilot training and can really recommend this place as Neil is a good host and it's located in a quiet area. The room and kitchen has everything, Wi-Fi is fast. Bus stop was right outside of the door, which made transportation easy.
