Lovely double room available now nr the quay

Hey!

I'm looking for a new housemate who's friendly, tidy, a full time professional and up for making some new friends. There's also Harv, my lovely cat :)

A quick 10-minute walk from the quay and some awesome cafes. Perfectly located to get on to the cycle path and get to the beach and some beautiful spots. Also - the right side of town to get out of the City without being in loads of traffic!

I work full-time, love CrossFit, am outdoorsy and spend time with friends.

The double room has everything you need, a comfy bed, blackout blinds, and a nice view of the garden. There is also plenty of space for your things, with a built in wardrobe and extra storage under the bed and in the attic if you need.

The kitchen's fully equipped, and you'll have your own fridge and freezer draw. There's a washing machine and dryer too.

We’d share the cost of a cleaner which is £10 per week per person. I buy some household items (washing up liquid/ loo roll etc) in bulk to save money and we split this as and when needed.

Bonus is free parking and bike space available.
