Hello we are four friendly housemates looking for someone to join us in our home. We also have a kitten. As a household we require someone that is friendly, clean, and relatively easy going.
The house is located in St. Thomas in Exeter, just a 15 minute walk from the quay and roughly a 20 minute walk into town. Garden space and garage available for everyone to use.
Please contact me to arrange a viewing. 6-month minimum contract. The room is available from the 1st of June. The room comes furnished with a small dressing table, bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers (as highlighted in photos).
