We have one small double bedrooms available in a sociable mansion house. The building has been recently refurbished to a high standard. The room is a large double bedroom furnished with a wall mounted flat screen TV, wifi, & all furniture. Young professionals only. The other flatmates are working sociable young professionals.
There is a cleaner that does all communal areas of the house twice a week, a nice garden and car parking. All bills are included in the monthly rent.
Occupants are welcome to use their own furniture if preferred. I'm out & about most of the day so not very good at responding to e-mails! The best bet is to call me with any questions or if you would like to arrange a viewing. Phil
