I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement from 16 June 2024 to 7 September 2024. It's for a spacious en-suite room with a good view. It has good storage space, a study table, and a notice board alongside a swanky washroom. It is the newest residency building on campus and is a 5-minute walk away from the Business School. The shared kitchen is very spacious and has a lounge. The building has an elevator and an on-site laundromat. It also has a separate bookable kitchen, meeting room, and projection room alongside a very large and cosy communal area. The name of the building is Spreytonway and it is on St. German's Road. The rent is 187.5 GBP per week and is inclusive of all amenities including Wi-Fi. A bonus is the coolest flatmates to share your spaces with. A viewing can also be arranged.
