Based on the outskirts of Exeter, this is a lovely room in a three bed mid terrace house in a quiet development. Shared kitchen and living space. One downstairs toilet and one shared bathroom. Private garden with a shed that can be locked securely for bike storage. Private, off road parking space.

I am looking for a female professional to share my home with. References will be required.

It is a non-smoking home with 1 small cat who is 6 years old.

Great transport links. 5 minute drive to connect to the M5 or A30. 5 minute walk to Honiton Park and Ride where you can hop on a bus that connects you directly to Exeter town centre (past the Royal Devon Hospital) or catch a National Express coach for onward travel. Digby and Sowton train station is a 20 minute walk away from where you can connect to Exeter Central and St. David’s.

It is a good location for the Met Office, Royal Devon Hospital, Police Headquarters or Exeter Science Park.
