Hello. This decent-size single room is available in a quiet shared house in St Thomas.
The house is well-located in a peaceful cul-de-sac which is a 20-minute walk to the city centre. It has a big lounge, a massive kitchen and a driveway for two cars which tenants are welcome to use.

It also has high-speed unlimited broadband and TV with soundbar. There is also a lovely green garden to enjoy.

The room is available to a professional - male or female welcome. The house is pretty quiet and tidy so would suit someone similar. If you're after a party house then this probably isn't your thing! Water, council tax and internet are all included in the price, Gas and electricity is split with a bill every three months. Everyone also chips for cleaning products, washing up liquid and toilet roll. One month's rent is required up front, as is a deposit of £355. Minimum three-month stay.
