Postgrad student looking for new housemate

Hi, I'm a trainee Clinical Psychologist studying at the University of Exeter.

I'm looking for a fun and easy going person (ideally another female postgrad student) who would like to share the flat with me and my lovely dog. I enjoy living with someone friendly who you can talk with, share the occasional meal together, or watch a movie. Also, I'm generally on a busy schedule, either working or taking the dog for walks. You are welcome to join!

Flat is 15min walk from Streatham campus and 10min walk from city centre.
St James Park train station is 1min walk away.
Easy to find parking. Street is residents parking permit only.
Flat comes with a front a back patio, garage, basement and a private little park outside the house which is shared with the neighbours - they do bonfire night, Christmas carols and mulled wine there in Winter, garden parties in summer.

Move in date could be in August or September.
