The house is a large family home, with shared amenities. It is about 15 minute walk to RD&E hospital and 10 minute walk to town. The local Magdalen Road shops, and Exeter Quay are minutes walk. Bus service is close by. The home would suit a single professional person, someone who is fairly quiet, no party goers, or late nighters! There is a dog (Husky) ideal if you love dogs but not essential. He loves people and is crate trained. He isn't allowed upstairs and has to be accompanied in the living area.
There will be times the house is empty as I have a full time job and busy life. I have two daughters who have now left home. I expect the tenant to keep their room clean and tidy, and respect that the house is my home and yours for the period of letting. My home is a happy and quiet home which will suit many, ideal for those who have a busy life and desire the peacefullness. The St Leonards area is quite quiet, with easy access to the M5, A38 by car. Its a perfect location with or without a car.
