Double room on outskirts of Exeter EX2

A double rooms in a large detached shared farm house has now become available. The room has a sink and is furnished with a queen size bed and wardrobe. The house has beautiful views of surrounding countryside. We have a large living room with open fire, a dining room, a kitchen with utilities (fridge freezers /washing machine /microwave /oven etc..), one shower room and one bathroom. Ample free off road parking space is available, and there is also a rear garden. We have broadband and the house is double glazed with oil central heating.

We are a 10 minute walk to Matford Park and Ride and Marsh Barton, however you may find a car a bit more beneficial.
There is easy access to M5, A38, A380, cycle paths and the canal.

Currently we are looking for a laid back, friendly professional to join us. We're ideally searching for a female to balance it out a bit, but ultimately looking for the right person.

Sorry but no couples and this is a non smoking house although smoking is permitted outside.

Rent is £200 per month per person, although does not include monthly/quartely bills which are shared amongst all tenants.

We have a live out landlady.

The room is on first come first served basis and the ad will be updated accordingly regarding its availability.

Minimum term is a non negotiable 6 months, however you may find the house is infact a great place to stay over the summer.
