Bright double room in a professional houser

Hi,

I am a live out landlord looking for a tenant to share a friendly house. The house is nicely decorated and has Broadband, Double Glazing, Central Heating, a shared lounge/kitchen and on road parking. There are 2 communal bath/shower rooms and a separate toilet. The communal lounge has settees, TV and DVD player. The house also has a communal kitchen, with washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, oven, and 2 fridges and 2 freezers. Communal areas of the house are regularly cleaned. There is also a sunny garden and a regular gardener.

The double room is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The room has a digital TV aerial poin.

This is a house of working professionals therefore we are looking for a tenant that will fit the profile of the house.
