I'm looking for 3 professional people to share a new 4 bedroom house with 4 bathrooms and 2 lounges in a new development (The Rydons)off Topsham road, There is a new Railway Station (Newcourt) within 2 minitues walk of the house with direct access to Exeter and Exmouth / Barnstaple every Train stops here from 5-30am to 12-30am it's important that any housemate is clean relatively quiet and tidy up after themselves. All bills are included except use of the Telephone, Internet is included. TV licence excluded ( New BBC Rules ) There is a Bus service 'J' route. The house is ideal for a commute into Town via the bus or Train or easy drive to Marsh Barton / Sowton & M5. Off street parking is available.
The house is 4 miles from the University 1 months notice is required at any point, prefer short term rents I have just put quality flat panel smart internet Tv's into the rooms unless you have your own ! strictly No Couples or Children or Stop Overs
