One small size single bedroom available for one lodger as from the 02nd of January 2019 (ideal for short term stay). The 3 bedrooms house is located in Regents Park, Heavitree, Exeter (15 minutes walk from the city centre). The rent plus bills all inclusive will be £335 per month - which also includes Sky TV and broadband internet costs. The council tax bill are to be equally shared by all occupants of the house.

ouse has a gas safe certificate, the smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm is also installed.
The house also has a garage for storage, free parking space available at back of the property.
I am a living in landlord working full time in the local hospital. I am generally quiet and shy around the house to start with but approachable and like to spend time socialising with friends during the evenings.
