A room in a flat in Exeter City Centre will be available from September 2016. This room is furnished as a relatively small double room. There is Shared living room (with balcony), kitchen and bathroom as part of a top floor flat.
As a flatmate I can be very shy or very sociable. I like my surroundings to be pretty tidy. I am considerate of other people and their space, and would ask the same in return. I enjoy chatting to friends, watching TV/films, listening to music - normally Jazz, classical, film soundtracks, and sometimes rock. I also enjoy cooking, eating out, shopping, going to the cinema, gigs/concerts & comedy shows, and sometimes just to go for a nice walk somewhere. I have recently adopted a cat, who is very friendly.
