Furnished double room to rent in a spacious, well looked after three bedroom house. There's a kitchen, lounge, bathroom with shower/bath only shared with one other and an extra toilet downstairs. There's also good size garden.

Looking for an easy going and sociable professional. I have a Monday to Friday job and am fairly quiet during the week. At weekends I enjoy going out for drinks however I am also quite often away visiting friends and family or playing sport.

Rent includes council tax, internet and TV licence. Gas, electricity and water are split equally and average around £45 a month. The house is in a really nice area near to the quay and is only a 15 minute walk to the city centre. Parking is available and there is room in the garage for a bike.
