The room is available for a maximum of two months as current lodger is on a two month trip and will return mid-June.
Also lots of free parking outside the house with even dedicated spots at the back for parking mean no long walks with the shopping either (so long as you drive)!
Near Polsloe Bridge Station for train commuters, and near local bus stops also.
