Double ensuite room on the quay

We have a double ensuite room available in our modern 4 bedroom house from the beginning of May.

The house is 3 storeys located on the quay just minutes away from The Mill On The Exe Pub. A short walk to the town centre and local train stations. The house has a modern kitchen/diner, garden and downstairs toilet. There is a good sized lounge that leads onto a balcony facing the river.

The room available is a large double with newly fitted ensuite bathroom. Comes fully furnished with built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, double bed , 2 bedside tables and a walk in cupboard with further storage space.

We are 2 males and 1 female who are extremely social. We enjoy weekends and nights out together, the guys are huge sports fans but we will reguarly enjoy a takeaway with a movie infront of the t. v. or get the BBQ out during the summer. We are looking for someone who will become part of the group, who will get stuck in and join us for a drink or two rather than someone who keeps to themselves.

The rent is £400per month and £110 for bills which includes broadband and full virgin media package . A £375 deposit is required.
