This is a student house located on Clifton road, which is around the corner from Belmont Park, near the Odeon. It is convenient for getting to both Streatham Campus and St Lukes or the Medical School, and just a few minutes walk from the Odeon cinema, Vue cinema, Pyramids and Clifton Hill sports centres, the main bus station and numerous bars, takeaways and Princesshay.

The house has a communal kitchen/diner and a separate living room on the ground floor. All bedrooms are upstairs along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Gas, electric, water, broadband and TV licence are included in the rent. The landlord lives in Exeter and is easy to approach and more than happy to help if there is ever a problem.

The current group of students are staying for next year but one of them is doing an Erasmus placement so her room is available from August or September until mid January. The room has a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of drawers and good storage space. The room works as a very comfortable bedroom and a nice study space as well.

The house is equipped with a washing machine and tumble drier and has double glazing and gas central heating.
