Furnished large single room (for occupancy Monday to Friday only) in house with professional female and small Labrador dog.

The room comes fully furnished and has it's own TV with access to Freesat. Broadband is available. House is centrally heated. The room comes with its own bath/shower room (with WC).

The house has a shared living/dining room and fully kitted out kitchen. I'm not vegetarian, but if you are, I can provide you with a separate fridge for food.

The road is a cul-de-sac, so no through traffic and plenty of on-road parking. Off-road parking may be possible.

Easy travel into town via bus or train (Digby station), likewise easy travel via P&R bus to RD&E. Only 5 minutes from J30 of the M5, so good access to A30 too. Easy access to the coast via car or train.

I'm looking for a Monday-Friday lodger,
who is clean, tidy, sociable, but respectful of each other's space and likes dogs. The room is available for £400pcm including all bills.

Non-smokers only.

PLEASE NOTE: if you are allergic to/scared of (or just don't like) dogs, this room won't suit you.
