Short term weekly/monthly

House - I have a 3-bed house in Redhills, with bathroom, kitchen/diner, good-sized lounge and front and back garden (which is a bit of a project but getting there slowly, would like to add a vegetable patch eventually). There is a brick shed for storing bikes or outdoor equipment, there's plenty of on-street parking outside and the E bus passes directly outside. The house backs on to a local nature reserve, there is a Co-op at the bottom of the hill and it's not far to Cowick street shops, 20 minute walk to St Thomas train station and 30 minute walk to St David's mainline Station.

Me - I'm 33 year-old female, I'm into travelling, going out for a few drinks or to see a band, got a springer spaniel puppy who is around the house a couple of days a week when she's not with my boyfriend and happy to share the love/beg for food.

I work shifts and spend a fair bit of time at my boyfriend's so you might not see too much of me, I'm more likely to be home in the day than evening and we don't often end up with a queue for the bathroom!

Rooms -
Good-sized double, 9ft 6 by 14ft ish. Bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers included, can put a desk as well if required. This room is available from April 6th until around 6th June as I'm moving out and renting the house out as a whole.

Smaller room - 9ft 6 x 6ft 6ish, 4ft double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. This room is available from April 15th until around June 6th.
The reason for end date is that I am buying a place and the completion date isn't set in stone yet, nearer the time there may be a small amount of flexibility in this.
