One room available (IDEAL for PGCE student or Erasmus student!).

Furnished, single room available for 1 lodger in house overlooking Belmont Park, the friendliest park in the City and in the location of fun local pubs. Very quiet and private and close to amenities, 5 mins walk to St. Lukes campus and Peninsula Medical School, 25 mins walk to Exeter University Campus, 15 mins walk into city centre. You will be 10 mins walk to Waitrose and 5 mins walk to the swimming baths and 1 minute walk to sports centre.

I am a friendly live-in landlady. I appreciate lodgers who are involved in their own lives and pursuits but are friendly and don't require the household to fulfill their social needs. I take charge of cleaning the common areas of bathroom, toilets, hallway and kitchen. That being said, I do ask people to clean up after themselves when preparing/cooking food in the kitchen.

I live with one daughter (20).

The room is £85 per week. The accommodation and rent includes shared bathroom, wifi, use of kitchen facilities, washing machine, use of garden and all utilities. Use of my sitting room is not offered as part of the lodgings.

There is space in the shed for bicycles. It's very suitable for students/visiting teachers or others interested in short-term to long-term lets in a lovely quiet yet central part of the City.

I am pet-free. No couples please.
