Double room available in friendly house

Bills are not included and come to about £55 a month. The room is upstairs in a large, homely house. There's a shared lounge with TV, a dining room, kitchen (with washer and dryer) and small courtyard. There are 2 separate toilets, one with a shower / bath.

The flatmates are a Spanish couple, a British girl and a German / British guy working full-time.

We're a friendly household who are more on the quiet side than on the party side - but we like to have a chat and be more of a home than a house. We're looking for someone who's clean, sociable, flexible and responsible, and happy to pull their weight in terms of what it takes to make a happy shared house.
