Double Bedroom, furnished with double bed, small set of drawers and built in cupboard with hanging space and shelves in a 2 bed terrace house in St Thomas.

Access to a shared living & dining area, kitchen with washing machine & dishwasher, garden, bathroom, broadband and all bills included. Lovely light bright house, 2 minute walk to local shops, bus stops and train station. 10 minute walk to city centre (less than 1 mile) and 7 minutes from the quay. The main line train station is only a short distance away as well.

The house is very convenient for Marsh Barton trading estate, university and access to the M5 and city centre/quay area.

Sharing with a couple aged 32-35, who are the owners of the house. We both work full time and are fairly active and busy.

The room is available from December 2016, and we are only for a short term let of the room.

Please note that this is a residents parking area and a permit is not available, there are non resident spaces that can be used after 6pm Mon-Sat and all day on Sundays but otherwise there is a 2 hour parking restriction in these areas. There is a road around the corner that has no parking restrictions so parking is possible - but with great transport links so close and the city centre and Quay area well within walking distance a car isn't really needed :-)
