Good access to A30, 10 miles to Exeter. Bus stop that you can walk to, with frequent buses. Train station 1. 5 miles away. Airport 5 miles away.

The room has a built in kitchen with oven and hob and a lounge area within it. The room has its own front door, and access. It is a self contained flat. There is plenty of secure off road parking for a car. There is a private bathroom with shower which goes with the room, which has been refurbished.

The utility room is a shared space with washing machine.

All bills and WiFi included. (There maybe some extra cost to help with heating in winter).The room is equipped with: drawers, settee, coffee table, new breakfast bar and chairs, bed and rug.

Ideally I am looking for a professional regular worker. I would consider short or long term lets, or M-F.
