DOUBLE room in St.Leonards

We have one double room available in our gorgeous home. The house is furnished but the bedroom isn't. It is on the third floor and is a beautiful attic space next door to another room. We are looking for a like minded professional that is clean and appreciates looking after a nice home. Also to have hobbies and be able to do there own things at weekends, it is a busy house as we all have different schedules and social groups, often the house can be empty at the weekend or can be busy. We manage to have our own social time or we can chill together at weekends as we all get on really well.

There is parking directly outside the house, but this is only in the evenings, so perfect if you have a 9-5 job and free parking at weekends. Its around£400 for the room AND bills apart from our sixth monthly water bill that is around, £120 each.

We are looking for someone to move in in the next month or so, but will wait for the right person :) So we would like to meet you and get to know you before the move in date as it is a sixth month minimum stay for our contract.
