Great Flat, Great Room, Great Location

After 18 months travelling across North America (Canada, USA, Mexico) I came back to the UK last Autumn, since which I have been trying to decide what it is I want to do next and where it is I want to do it.

Long story short and after a couple of fixed-term contracts I have decided to return back to Devon and the part of the world in which I grew up.

I've only just in the last month moved into a stunning, fully-furnished, 2-bed apartment, and I'm now looking for somebody to share with.

The flat itself is mid-way down Fore Street so perfectly located for the city centre, the quay, train and bus stations. The bedroom itself is a double and comes with a large desk, wardrobe and small cupboard.

I myself am clean, tidy and respectful of other peoples' spaces. I enjoy cooking and go running or cycling most days and am planning to start Spanish evening classes from September at either the college or university. I should also add that I am gay.

I am ideally looking for a young professional to live with and not fussed on age, gender or sexuality. As long as your generally clean, tidy, and respectful, I'm happy!
