Fully Furnished Bedroom With T.V Snug

We are a professional couple who work hard. The rooms we are offering are a fully furnished double bedroom and a television snug complete with LCD television, blue Ray DVD player, 50 meg wifi, sky and a brand new sofa bed. Both of these have been freshly decorated. The house has a brand new washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer and boasts a large fully functional kitchen (so if u like cooking this has everything).we have a good size garden with safe parking out the back plus a small shed for bikes/storage. Our dog is called Millie, she is a two year old poodle/springer (sproodle) and she is very much part of our household and is loved very much, so if you don't like dogs then sorry this place is not for you. There is a no smoking policy in the house but you can smoke in the conservatory. The house has fantastic transport links to Devon, Dorset and cornwall with exeter airport just a 15 minute drive and st David's train station a 15 minute walk, while buses operate every 5 minutes to the city centre, hospitals, uni/college and all trading estates.
All in all we are a very easy going and quite household and like nothing more than walking the dog followed with a few pints down the river on our days off. These rooms would best suit a professional individual who has a great personality and quirky sense of humour with good conversation. There are no locks on the rooms as we offer a home and not a bedsit.

Note: Both these rooms come as a package and are fully furnished, however, we can take the furnishings out if required.
It's £120 for BOTH rooms and we will not rent the rooms separately as over the years we've found this set up really works well and it's not a first come first served basis as we really want the right person.
