Small cottage.

The room is clean and tidy with a new carpet and new furniture and nicely decorated. Fully furnished, has a single bed with storage underneath, and a big chest of drawers.

The room is a single room so furniture space is limited, but there is a wardrobe on the landing for hanging space and extra storage.

If extra storage is needed I have an easily accessible floored out loft, it has a window and is decorated and has work stations with electric point so could be used as an office if needed.

There is a garden which gets the sun pretty much all day (when it's out)

The kitchen is a modern kitchen, fridge, freezer, gas cooker and hob, microwave, very clean and tidy. Use of all crockery and cups, glasses of course.

The house is situated within walking distance of the main town, and on a bus route, park and ride is only a mile away. the supermarket is only a 5 minute walk down the road and close to banks and local amenities, leisure centre and shops.

The M5 is 5 minutes away. Although there are no allocated parking spaces for the house there is plenty of on road parking in the area.

The house is tucked away and is in a row of 6 so its a really quiet area.

I'm a young, out going and friendly person, I'm not a party person, I don't smoke. So its a pretty quiet house. House is clean and tidy. Although I'm a non smoker I don't mind letting the room out to a smoker, but you will have to smoke outside and not in your room.

I have 3 small dogs, all friendly, they are not allowed up stairs or on the sofa, and sleep downstairs.

4 weeks deposit (£280) and a weeks rent up front (£70)

The price is inclusive of bills.
