I have recently moved to Exeter and I'm looking for a friendly (female/male) to move in to the 2 bedroom property.

Property: Second floor - Fully Furnished, brand new double bed and your own car parking space in a private car park with your own electric buzzer to let you in the gates (pretty cool huh). Garden area as well!

2 bathrooms + open plan kitchen / living area with brand new cooking utensils. Functioning all in one washing machine and dryer. SKY broadband too.

10-15 minute walk from the centre. (right next to a golf course. Gyms, pubs, park, waitrose very close)

Photos: A lot of changes still happening to the flat... rugs, pictures, wide screen tv to be wall mounted, another brand new leather sofa on the way. Atleast you can get an idea of the layout!

Your Bedroom - Has a brand new brown leather large double bed with underneath drawer storage. Wardrobe, Desk and chair.

Bills not included so we would split them!

Accepting of people coming to stay occasionally.


Minimum 6 months contract.
