345 (+ 110 Bills) Friendly House Share St Leonards

We're a friendly relaxed houseshare in St Leonard's, near the RD&E hospital. It's about a 20-25 mins walk into the city centre and we're on bus routes. There's nearby supermarkets - the choice is lidl or waitrose, both just a couple mins away by car - depends how fancy you feel ;)

Rent is 345, bills are 110, so its 455 per month all in.

It's a 3 bed modern and well lit semi detached house. The street is nice and quiet and we have a great sized garden which is easy to keep but also big enough for summer BBQ's.

We are Claire (33) and a male couple, Craig (35) & Nathan (31). Claire's a pharmacy technician, Craig works in Topshop as a visual merchandiser and Nathan is a manager for an Opticians. Craig and Nathan have been here for around 4 years and Claire for almost a year.

The room that is becoming available is a double room which will be unfurnished, but there is some spare furniture in the garage. The main bathroom is shared with only one other (Claire) as Craig and Nathan's room has an en suite. For that reason Claire would prefer another girl to share the bathroom with.

We all love making the house feel homely with everyone's pictures up, our own personal touches, as well as the odd night out or in together. We've made some great friends in housemates past and present, so it would be great if you were looking for a home rather than just a room.

The house is fully furnished and has all the usuals including dishwasher, washer, garage, parking, virgin superfast cable broadband, TIVO box, fridge freezer, garden furniture. Craig has recently discovered chalk paint for splashing colour over the furniture so the house regularly gets a makeover. He's addicted to the finishing little touches and always looking for a new project to brighten up the house.

We also have a very small and well behaved Pug/Pomeranian cross pup called Teddy and 2 Chihuahua's, Buddy and Rudi. They're 3 yrs old and lovely little chaps, house trained and super sweet. Nathan & Craig take care of them - but they're available for cuddles whenever and love all the attention they get.

We all rent the house together, meaning there is no live in landlord. Please get in touch if you would like any more info :)
