Seeking 3rd Housemate for Early December
My brother and I are currently looking for a third housemate to take over the remaining double bedroom in our 3 bedroom house. The room itself comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk. It also has an en-suite attached with a shower, sink and toilet. The room is on the ground floor of the house with the shared living room and kitchen on the first floor and 2 further double bedrooms on the top floor with en-suite bathrooms.
We are looking for a minimum of a 6 month contract. When initially signing the contract there will be admin fees of £120 payable to Hunters Letting Agents.
Following that Bills work out in the following way:
Deposit - £308 (1 Month Rent + 1/3 of £100) + £275 (1 Months rent in advance) = £583
Rent - £275PCM
Internet - £10PCM
Water - £23. 85PCM
Council Tax - £43PCM
Gas & Electric - £50 - Every 3 Months – Approx
