Double room to let in spacious home

We are 2 girls aged 22 and 23 living in the mount pleasant area of Exeter. We rent a 3 bed house a 15 minute walk away from the city centre. Our housemate is moving out so we are looking for someone new to join our clan. We both work full time so parties and noise are kept for the weekends, we are both pretty laid back and looking for an easy going girl to move in as soon as possible. We share a bathroom, living room and large kitchen, there are 2 rooms to choose from, ground floor or 1st floor.

Smoking is not allowed, but you can smoke outside, we do occasionally smoke so if you're offended by smoking it's probs not a good fit and no couples please :)
