We have an extremely large double room available in our 6 bedroom shared house in St Leonards.


We have a large sociable kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and a sun trap of a garden. Sadly no parking is available, however we are walking distance to city centre.

Looking for a working person or couple to slot in nicely to our friendly house.

INDIVIDUAL 
RENTING - £550 per calendar month, all bills are included in this price (council tax/internet/gas/electric/wate r/TV license/cleaner once a week of communal areas). 
If you wish to take the room references and a deposit of a month's rent will be required.

COUPLE RENTING 
- £700 per calendar month, all bills are included in this price (council tax/internet/gas/electric/wate r/TV license/cleaner once a week of communal areas). 
If you wish to take the room references and a deposit of a month's rent will be required.
